Dr. KH LAM obtained his bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1994. He worked in the Building Services industry after graduation and involved with various design projects in Hong Kong. He then returned to the University of Hong Kong for joining the HKU Centre on Renewable Energy in 1998, and pursued his Ph D degree in the Department of Architecture from 2002 - 2007. His main research focus is on Solar Energy applications in Hong Kong. Being a founding member and the newly elected Chairman (08-09) of the Hong Kong PV Consortium, he is devoting much time and effort in promoting the application of PV in the region through project development and education programmes. He is now an Honorary Lecturer at the HKU EEE Department.
