Mr. Tony Kwan received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2003 and M.Phil. degree in 2007 from the University of Hong Kong. He joined Morgan Stanley as an IT Graduate Trainee after graduation and completed the training in New York. He is now an IT Associate working in Asia Pacific Enterprise Infrastructure team in Technology Division. He obtained ITIL Foundation certification in 2007.
