Mr. Wong received the BEng(EEE) from the University of Hong Kong in 2000.
After graduation he leveraged his knowledge in software engineering and started a career in the field of information technology (IT). Mr. Wong is currently employed by the Hospital Authority and plays a role in the authority’s IT project management office.
