If you cannot do online conference registration, you can fill in the offline form.

Conference registration entitles you to:

• Admission to all technical sessions
• Conference proceedings
• Welcome reception
• All coffee breaks and lunches
• Regular (non-student) registration also includes a ticket to the conference tour and banquet

The following registration fees apply

Students or members of any of the co-sponsoring organisations allowing reduction for registration should be prepared to provide sufficient proof of enrollment at a university or membership to one of the indicated organisations.

Authors of more than one accepted paper, must pay a registration fee for each paper. Either they can register separate participants for each paper (e.g. a second author), or they can register once and enter multiple paper numbers below. In the latter case, an USD 200 fee will be charged for each additional paper.

One can purchase an additional reception ticket for USD 30, and an additional ticket to the conference tour and banquet for USD 80.

Registration fee payment

Please register first, using this webpage. After answering a few questions and entering your personal details, you will receive a registration number and detailed payment instructions. Note that each attendee must register separately. The conference fee must be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer. We do not accept cheques or money orders. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered.

Refund policy

Refunds requested before September 3, 2012 will be subject to a USD 100 processing fee; No refunds will be possible after that date. Note that refunds are not possible for authors of published papers. This is because registration is a prerequisite for the publication of an accepted paper.
