We are delighted to congratulate a PhD team from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) — composed of Chen Jingyan, Wang Chutian, Tian Yunfei, and An Ran — for their exceptional achievement in the 11th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
The team was awarded the Second Prize in the Entrepreneurship category for their innovative project titled “Event-based Digital Holography for Semiconductor Production”. This outstanding work highlights their creativity and expertise in advancing cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
The team also won the Third Prize in the Innovation category for their project titled “Neuromorphic Wavefront Sensor for Instant Large Gradient Optical Field Sensing”.
