B.Eng. (EE) 2009
Ph.D. 2016
Postdoctoral Fellow with Croucher Fellowship at MIT

“I have spent 9 years in EEE and it must be one of the most important periods in my life. Through the intensive and comprehensive professional trainings offered by the department, I am confident to say our graduates are highly competitive even to those come from the world-class institutes. The trainings we received not only emphasized on technical aspects, but also on presentation and interpersonal skills. These all-round trainings have equipped me to become a component academia. What’s more, the rich alumni networking is another important asset that I treasure most. To me, EEE is like a big family and I am glad to be one of the members in this community.”

After obtaining his bachelor degree in 2009, Christopher has joined a secondary school to teach A-Level Physics. He has re-joined the department to read up his Ph.D. degree in 2011. While pursuing his Ph.D. degree, he has served as Head Demonstrator at fulltime basis. In 2016, he has been awarded the Croucher Fellowship to further his research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
