Postdoc Fellow

One postdoc fellow (PDF) position is immediately available in my research group to work on Power-Efficient Heterogeneous Reconfigurable Computer Systems. I am looking for candidate with solid background in heterogeneous computer systems utilising FPGAs, GPUs and CPUs. The candidate is expected to conduct original research to improve power-efficiency of such systems through a combination of software and hardware techniques. The candidate should be active, out-going, independent and is expected to serve as senior mentors of junior students in the research group.

Research Assistant/Research Associate


Applicants should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline with solid experience in UNIX system administration and computer system design. Previous experience in large-scale computer cluster management, including network and storage configuration is highly preferred. Knowledge in FPGA design flow, in particular Xilinx ISE and Vivado design suite, high-level synthesis, or signal processing system would be an advantage. Candidate is expected to support the research group in setting up and maintaining the research infrastructure that consist of large computer cluster with FPGA accelerators.

Applicant is expected to work with the research team in the Computer Architecture and System Research group, with a job nature that is both practical and research-oriented.
