We are delighted to announce that our distinguished professor, Prof. Kevin Tsia from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the Programme Director of the Biomedical Engineering Programme has been elected by their academic peers as 2025 Fellow of SPIE – International Society for Optics and Photonics.
Prof. Tsia is one of only two scholars from Hong Kong receiving this prestigious recognition this year among 47 fellows. Since 1955, SPIE has appointed distinguished Members as Fellows for their notable scientific and technical advancements in optics, photonics, and imaging.
